- Go to the ameli account website and enter your username and password.
- Check that the email address displayed is yours.
- Ask for the security code to be sent, then open your email inbox.
- Read the email received and note the security code.
- Go back to the ameli page and enter the code to log in.
What to prepare
- Have access to the email inbox linked to the ameli account.
- Keep the login page open while checking the email.
- Have your smartphone nearby if you want to activate biometrics.
Important Notice
- Also check the spam folder if the email does not arrive.
- Enter the code within the indicated time, otherwise ask for a new code.
- Avoid typing mistakes so the account is not blocked for several minutes.
